Hi, I am Jack. My journey to founding JD Homes London is a story rooted in years of hard work, passion, and a drive to make a real difference in the construction industry. With over 20 years of experience, including 10 years spent working in London, I began to see a significant gap between what customers expect and what they actually receive.
My career began in Italy, where I spent 12 years working on complex roof structures. During this time, I developed a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship, which became the foundation of my expertise. After a while I started seeking new challenges and moved to London to continue my journey, working for multiple contractors across the city. It was here that I gained invaluable insight into the local market and witnessed first hand the common struggles homeowners face: poor quality of work and finishes, a lack of transparency, and a general breakdown of trust between builders and clients.
It was this realisation that pushed me to make a bold decision. In 2022, I founded JD Homes London, a company built on trust, transparency, and a big commitment to quality. I wanted to create a space where clients could feel at ease, knowing that their homes were in good hands.
